چکیده

Bone tissue reconstruction with extensive damage is one of the challenges for dentists because its healing process bone tissue. graft gold standard repair. However, use has a limited amount produced. Tissue engineering latest method in terms regeneration. three main components, first stem cells that have self renewal ability and multineage differentiation, second bioreactor / growth factor, then scaffold. The combination hADMSC chitosan scaffold, expected to trigger osteoinduction shown by osteogenic markers such as calcium levels. Purpose prove Human Adiposed Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell (hADMSC) scaffold using blood serum Methods: This study uses 12 treatment groups each group having 4 samples. Groups 1 were negative control at 1st,3rd,7th, 14th days which maxillary drilling only. While 5 8 positive given 9 Blood collection carried out check Result there differences levels group. Conclusion application caused significant change on 1st, 3rd, 7th meant could osteoinduction.

In vitro histological investigation of interactions between rat decellularized large intestine scaffold and human adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells

The aim of this study was to investigate the interactions between rat intestine decellularized scaffold and human adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells. Rat large intestine was dissected in fragments and decellularized by physicochemical methods. The scaffolds were loaded by human adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells expressing green fluorescent protein. Microscopic sections were prepared fr...

Comparison of Characteristics of Human Amniotic Membrane and Human Adipose Tissue Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells

BACKGROUND Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are ideal candidates for treatment of diseases. Amniotic membranes are an inexpensive source of MSCs (AM-MSC) without any donor site morbidity in cell therapy. Adipose tissue derived stem cells (ASCs) are also suitable cells for cell therapy. There is discrepancy in CD271 expression among MSCs from different sources. In this study, the characteristics...

Gene manipulation of human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells by miR-34a

Background: Safe and effective gene therapy is considered as one of the therapeutic goals in many diseases. Due to the important role of stem cells in cell therapy, this study aimed to produce human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hASCs) using the miR-34a overexpression. Materials and methods: The hsa-mir-34a precursor sequence was cloned into the PCDH lentiviral vector. The recombinant...

Designing of Human Cartilage Tissue, by Differentiation of Adipose-Derived Stem Cells With BMP-6 in Alginate Scaffold

Purpose: In the present study the effect of BMP-6 was investigated on chondrogenesis of adiposederived stem cells. Materials and Methods: Mesenchymal stem cells derived from subcutaneous adipose tissue were cultured on alginate scaffold to induce chondrogenesis in experimental group, with chondrogenic medium having BMP-6 growth factor for 3 weeks. In control group medium without BMP-6 was appli...
